Why Practical Vision?
Practical vision is a way of looking at the world and seeing what is and what could be without preconceived expectations. Having a practical vision as a leader means putting aside blinders, recognizing implicit biases, and knowing that we don't always have the best answers.
A leader can be anyone, because anyone with a vision and the drive to implement it can begin to create change, in themselves, and within their environments.
Practical vision is knowing that we, as leaders, are not the only ones who can create the changes we envision, but that we are responsible for creating environments in which those changes can happen.
How? Visionary Practices
